High-knee PULLS


Improve your running form - use  high-knee PULLS.

How it works:  In a high knee run you have to pull your feet from the ground  - not  to push off the ground.   

In order to pull you have to use your hamstrings. 

Work in steps: Pull your leg and feet on every fourth step.

And pull them underneath your glutes.


Benefits: You are improving your running stride.
